Arizona's Children Association (AzCA) has been serving Arizona's children since 1912. As the needs of children and families have changed over the years, AzCA has met those needs with a full range of services, becoming the state's largest full service child welfare/behavioral health agency. Arizona's Children has developed its range of services to offer adoption and foster care, and to include both institutional and in-home programs. Every program of the agency embodies the belief that each child deserves a safe, permanent home.
